By the end of this training course, trainees will be able to : -          Identify the key principles of IFRS S1 & S2 climate-related disclosures -          Recognize (Amman Stock Exchange “ASE”) requirements for ESG and climate-related reporting. -          Assess the impact of climate-related risks and opportunities on financial performance. -          Apply IFRS S1 & S2 and ASE guidelines to practical reporting examples. -          Evaluate the alignment of reports with international standards and local ASE regulations.
