This program is designed for professionals who are interested in assessing and scoring organizational future readiness and business agility levels.
It is particularly suitable for participants with at least 5 years of professional experience who seek to build the knowledge and practical capability required to support organizations in both the public and private sectors in implementing and evaluating the international Future Readiness & Business Agility Model.
As part of the registration process, participants are required to submit their official CV for evaluation.

Summary
The program covers a structured set of themes. It begins with the concept of future readiness and business agility itself, then moves to the core pillars of business agility: understanding the probable future, agile and dynamic capabilities, and agile culture. It then explains how the strategic business agility framework operates across these three pillars, followed by how the operational business agility framework works in practice. The course also explores best practices related to all six business agility perspectives: Agile Leadership, Agile Finance, Agile Processes, Agile Technology, Agile Supply Chain, and Agile Service. In addition, participants are introduced to the methodology used to assess business agility and the associated scoring tool. Finally, the course addresses how organizations can position themselves to sustain, lead, and disrupt effectively in the face of possible future global disruptions, supported by a global case study assessment and exam component.
