This top-level course explores the best-practice business strategies and management methods adopted by leading banks and how delegates' banks could upgrade their approaches to these high standards:

  • To provide an overall understanding of the main areas of banking in which best-practices are essential for success in today’s highly competitive banking markets
  • To examine best-practices in personal (retail, premium and private) banking and SME banking
  • To review best practices in corporate banking, relationship management, and ALM
