(Objectives / الأهداف)

:

- Discover how experiences, beliefs, & values shape our leadership style & discover the impact of that style on the organization’s environment & culture.

 - Enable participants to create & maintain processes that drive innovation, plan performance goals, utilize time effectively.

 - Develop leadership by demonstrating effective questioning & listening & leading problem- solving meetings.

 - Introduce participants to the desired outcomes of visions & plans versus an accurate assessment of actual performance.

 - Develop human potential & build relationships of mutual trust & respect.

 - Create  & maintain processes & procedures  that  drive  innovation,  plan  &  define performance goals, utilize time effectively, delegate, analyze problems, and make decisions.

 - Leadership  by demonstrating effective  questioning & listening & leading problem- solving meetings.

 - Balance the desired outcomes of visions & plans with an accurate assessment of actual performance & hold others accountable to predetermined results.

- Practical cases.
